Philip & Maria has a passion for cooking, not just any ordinary food, but quality cuisine. To bring up their family of 5 children (one of them, me, he hee..) they decided to open a western restaurant in the little city of Ipoh. For once, Ipoh langs can ACTUALLY enjoy quality home-cook western dishes. Philip passed away about a year ago, leaving Maria to run the business alone, and then pops in Mary (that's me) to help carry some of her mother's burden. Maria is a woman with a vision, not only for MARIA'S but her own family. She embarks into Petaling Jaya, opening her second outlet hoping that she can provide more for her 5 children. Yeap.. salute to my mother, Maria. She is a determine woman. Girl Power. Now, Maria runs the restaurant with her daughter, Mary & her sister, Jane.
