few weeks ago, when i tried to open mozilla firefox to hlp my boyfriend to do his assigment.. i got a message “I Dont hate mozilla but use IE or Else”…i try to reinstall then... fail! then i try to search using IE.. the worst part is, everytime i type "fire fox" or "mozilla" the same things pop up...
that's bad.. 
Finally..i find the way out.... solve! how to remove this chicky things from ur pc??
I heard these days virus are spreading through USBs. So one precaution measure would be to disable the auto run feature in the system. Here u go for remove the virus...
follow the simple steps to kill the virus :
- Go to Task Manager (Ctrl+Alt+Del)
- in that click on Process Tab
- Delete only the svchost.exe of your user name(eg: ivy)
- type c:\heap41a in you address barof your explorer and you can trace this folder
- delete!
- Now give a smile… you have done it….
